Since 2010 we have run a school farm in Cauca, Colombia, where children, farming families and students learn to make organic fertilisers.

From Madrid we import, represent and distribute Latin American products: dry, chilled and frozen.
From the land to Latin Europe
Intertrópico brings Latin American cooking to the Latin, Spanish and European households of the old world. We bring in the ingredients for the dishes of Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Brazil and more.
Besides food, we import what you need to prepare and enjoy it: bombillas, guampas and flasks for mate and tereré, chocolate whisks, griddles for arepas and tortillas, steamers for tamales and hallacas, cauldrons and a full range of devotional candles.
Our office is in Madrid and our warehouse in Alcorcón, from where we supply shops, restaurants and distributors.

Food donations
Every year we give thousands of kilos of food through the Food Bank, Cáritas, the Red Cross and parishes in Madrid.
